The DNB monitors our compliance with the Prevention of Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism Act and the Sanctions Act 1977. 

Avian Labs Netherlands B.V. is not subject to prudential supervision by DNB or conduct supervision by the AFM.  This means no monitoring of financial requirements or business risks and there is no specific financial consumer protection. 

Outside of Europe, Avian Labs, Inc. is a Delaware Corporation and is a registered Money Services Business with the US Treasury's Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, also known as FinCEN, in the United States.  Our FinCEN registration number is 31000228678609.
