In Europe, the Dutch Authority for Financial Markets (“AFM”) has decided to grant Avian Labs authorisation as a provider of crypto-asset services as referred to in Article 63(9) Markets in Crypto Assets Regulation (“MiCAR”).

Avian Labs Netherlands B.V. with company registration number 91273323, is authorised by the AFM with Registration Number 41000005.

Outside of Europe, Avian Labs, Inc. is a Delaware Corporation and is a registered Money Services Business with the US Treasury's Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, also known as FinCEN, in the United States.  Our FinCEN registration number is 31000282850022.
